5 /5 Judy Blankenship: From the very beginning, the Law Office of Brad McLelland has been so caring and kind. They have been very responsive to my needs and any time I have ever needed anything or had any questions, not only are they very responsive, they make me feel as if I am their number one priority. I have to say, Justin and Jessie have both taken such great care of me and I cant praise them enough for how much theyve helped me. I am an older person so there are times when I need extra help understanding certain things, but they never have any problem sitting down and explaining things to me in terms that I can understand. Its so comforting knowing that I can go into the office at any time and sit down and discuss my concerns with Justin and Jessie and he never rushes me or makes me feel like he doesnt have time to deal with me, and any time he isnt sure about something, Jessie is always right there with an educated response. I would absolutely recommend Brad and his team to anyone who has ever been in an accident. They will definitely take care of you! I rate them 10/5 stars.
