5 /5 Chris Old: I have had a loan with the Thomaston branch for about 2yrs I think and THEYRE ALL AWESOME!!! They have worked with me when I was going to be late and have ALWAYS been super nice!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

1 /5 Serena Coonrod: Absolute WORST loan company ever (in this location)!!!!! Very rude and condescending. If you happen to be late for even 1 payment, they continue to call and harass all your references if they cant reach you personally. I made all payments on time except for a few which I was late on. Thats when their entire tune changed. The manager is also very unprofessional. I had gone in the office one time to make a payment. I had been the only one in there. They clearly saw me. The manager was just chit-chatting away on the phone (she made the phone call after already seeing me in there waiting to be seen). It was clearly NOT a business call either. It was blatantly obvious. The other few employees were in the back, eating. One employee was sitting out front doing nothing. I had to finally speak up to be aknowledged. That employee called to another one in the back to assist me instead. I had never even been rude to them. This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star. They are absolutely pathetic.

1 /5 Robert Byrd: They actually opened my account in the wrong name, until I contacted them and straightened it out, and didnt even send my contract (with the incorrect name ) until AFTER the first due date, and refused to change the due date.

1 /5 Doctor Beer: Call me often even though I haven’t lived in GA for 10 years, and I’ve never had dealings with them. Leave me alone.
