Ive never had someone be rude if you just explain what your doing they will get you what you need and accommodate you very well.

Nicole Lipp. I love going to this Truist. I usually go inside instead of using the drive through machines and each time there is no wait, everyone at the desk greets the customers, and they are always so pleasant to talk to. They are also very efficient. There is a gentleman that is usually working there, but I didnt ever catch his name, but he is very kind and personable.
