Chattanooga Unfiltered We never had major issues with our accounts, and we appreciated that direct deposits often came in early each month. However, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone, no matter how many times we called. This spanned over years and was not a temporary issue. Over time, this caused real problems for us and added a lot of unnecessary stress and delays in important matters. Their policies also made it unnecessarily difficult to manage joint accounts, POA matters, and they made it incredibly stressful to close the account after the death of one of the account holders. We eventually moved to a different bank that better fits our needs.

Maggie Herring Been banking with Truist since SunTrust and BB&T merged. Have been mostly nothing but disappointed with their customer service. There’s always a full line of people in the branch with only 2 tellers that are also trying to juggle whatever comes through the drive-thru. Staff has no customer service whatsoever & will be switching to another bank.

Marla Gardner This is the worst bank I have ever delt with. I had an account years ago here and they gave every dollar bill I had out to someone that was not on my account. They never check for ID. Year later my mother open up an account here and when she tried to get money they would try to keep her from getting money out. They would always use my brother to try and talk her out of it out. I suggest you open up an account wheres else.

Arthur Merchant I have always enjoyed doing business with this establishment. Yes the interest is higher than my bank by just a few points but I love the fact that I can visit their office monthly. Looking forward to getting back into my routine borrow money pay it back borrow more. Lol

Corinna Garmon Outstanding Company and Customer Service! We have a Commercial Account with Country Financial. We always get outstanding customer service. COIs for projects are issued very quickly. Its nice to have a great insurance company this is local and you can depend on.

Heather Harris was making monthly payments. paid ahead one month owner was upset i wasnt happy with progress she did not complete and refused to give the future months payment refunded
