Rick I have been a Country Companies/ Country Financial customer since I was 16, and Im now 64. Ten years ago we moved here from Illinois and Byron Brock and staff have been phenomenal, to say the least. Ive shopped around and no one has beaten prices on home owners, vehicles, boats, motorcycles etc. During tropical storm Irma we suffered damage and we were well taken care of immediately! I had paint damage on one of my trucks and the entire truck was repainted, shop of MY choice, with a lifetime warranty. Anything weve questioned or asked, weve been VERY well attended to. Sherri Lazenby When we first entered there was one teller behind the counter with a customer in front of us. When he saw I was holding some papers, he asked if we needed something notarized which we did. He asked us to take a seat and she would be with us in a minute. Sheena Davis had one person in her office and there was one person waiting ahead of us. We were still in an out in under 10 minutes. Sheena Davis was very quick and efficient. Everyone greeted us and were friendly.

Faith Stubbs I love my bank! This branch has the most considerate and patient people. Im always greeted with a smile, which is a very nice feeling when you walk into a bank. Just the other day, I had someone from this branch reach out and thank me for how long Ive had an account with BB&T and Truist. I truly felt as though they enjoyed having my business. When this branchs associate called, she asked if there was anything I needed help with. As a matter of fact, the strip and chip on my debit card had gone out so her timing for the call was great. She was able to get me a new card, OVER THE PHONE, and I was even able to keep my same card number. Talk about WONDERFUL customer service! I was then able to go by this branch in person and THANK her for how easy she made that happen. Ill tell everyone... I LOVE THIS BANK!
