1 /5 Steven Faul: I was told on December 3rd that my uncontested divorce would be finalized 45 days from then. Its now 63 days later and the papers were submitted to the judge this morning. The judge wont sign it for another 31 days. Making it a total of 94 days of an incompetent law office.The office paralegal sucks. She didnt call me to tell me I could sign. She didnt send my wife the papers even though she knew she no longer lives in Georgia. This office is only concerned about profit. If you want a lawyer that actually cares about you and your case, find someone else. If they cant handle a simple uncontested divorce, I sure wouldnt trust them with my freedom. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Venita Allmond: Craig Stafford failed to file a 7 day order for attorney fees in a divorce contempt case. I was the one to find the failure 3 months after the hearing and brought it to their attention. Speaking to the attorney, he yelled at me like it was MY fault the order was overlooked due to a major staffing change in his office. The order was not filed for another 2 months. This caused an additional 4 months from the date the judge set for payment before I received a check for the fees the judge granted me. The office did not reimburse me for the additional interest I incurred due to their mistakes. No apologies, no reimbursement for additional costs for me, just a we will no longer represent you since your check is now in the mail from his clerk.

1 /5 J: Do not use them to sale your house. If you’re working with a realtor and they use this company…RUN. At closing we received “0”documentation. It’s time to file taxes and I have requested documentation since last week and have yet to receive it. With all this technology there’s no reason why I shouldn’t have received it yet. The lawyer has yet to reach out to me. The lady that answers the phone is now rude when I call. I informed her from the beginning this was a time sensitive matter.
