1 /5 Curtis Osborn: Two reasons why I am leaving a review at all. I went through the ATM and took out $1000. I paid the $3.50 fee to use the ATM. I go inside and ask if I could trade out the 20s for $100 bills, and they told me they could not because Im not a customer (Navy Federal Credit Union is my bank of choice). Well, technically I am a customer because I just paid your fee to access my money.
Secondly, my other half got her car loan here months ago, and requested the shortest loan term possible (she was going to pay it off early, within the first year), but they wrote her a loan for 60 months and just told her she could pay it off early with no penalty. What they didnt tell her was that she likely got a higher rate because the terms were longer, and they are banking (pun intended) on her not paying it off that early, and collecting that interest.
Bank somewhere that your best interests in mind. I know they all turn a profit, but good service goes a long way.
