The first agent Kway that I spoke to a few days prior, just so happened to be off on the day I decided to move forward with Southern Harvest, yet he took my call and was very kind. He assured me that I was in good hands and would be taken care of with Mrs.Robinson. From start to finish, she was very knowledgeable about each part of the policy.
