Communication via email is always prompt and courteous and if a problem ever arises, they are quick to give me a call and tell me what’s up! Mrs Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and honestly cares about the "coverage" your family has instead of just how to get you the cheapest policy possible. Since I have a wife and 5 kids, this means more to me now than saving a dollar or two. And regardless of how the world views this next statement, this agency has an owner and employees who, at a minimum, appear to be strong Christian people, and it shows in everything they do. Ive lived 2.5 hrs away from this agency for years, and still stay with them over my local state farm. These are good people working for a great agency.
