4 /5 Toni Escamilla: My only complaint is weekend 24 hour so called service. We needed to speak to someone immediately about a payment processed that was unauthorized after 5 pm on Sunday. There isnt anyone or anyway to speak to someone or stop an unauthorized payment.

1 /5 Heartless Tayyy: Location has GONE DOWN HILL. Always a problem accessing YOUR money that YOU worked for …then was just called back by the supposed manager and was put on hold without being told why or that I was even being put on hold while I was in the middle of talking. ALSO, the person before her kept cutting me off while I was talking and even trying to EXPLAIN the situation at hand then when I matched energy wanted to pull the “Maam don’t be rude with me “ and I told her she was ALREADY rude when she kept talking over me and cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on. Mfs love being rude and playing nice nasty until someone matches their energy and now they wanna play slow like they don’t know they was being rude first . I’m to the point where I’ll be withdrawing all my funds soon and getting with a new bank. Sad…I done been with this bank since I was 17/18.
