5 /5 Donald Melvin: Using this office was one of the best decisions I could have ever made on my own. If I could give more than 5 stars, Id give them 20 stars. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They always gave an immediate response to any of my questions and concerns. Their office was always readily available whenever I passed by to speak in person.
Because of their due diligence and courtesy, they showed me how to help myself and prepare for a case. I walked in confused about the legal system and they gave me hope. They were my first choice for a civil matter but due to bad advice went with another law office (which I will not name in this post), and they screwed me over big time. The other law office lied to me and to this office (I have proof of) gave me bad advice and took my money, would not answer any of my valid questions. It seemed as if they were working with the opposing counsel. If Id stayed with them, Id have been screwed over big time. They other office was scared of the judge and allowed the opposing counsel to paint a picture of me in a very negative manner. They didnt even try to fight for me, and if Id settled the way they wanted me to, Id have lost everything I worked so hard for. I paid a whole lot of something for a whole of nothing. I fired them and went to back to my first choice.
Mr. Robertson and his staff took amazing care of me. And my family was so grateful for their hard work they put funds together to give as thanks, and they wouldnt except and told me to use it for myself given my poor health conditions and travel expenses. They quickly became a second family to me in the area. And Mr. Robertson made it a point to support me morally in another case I was fortunate to win thanks to him and his staff giving me faith. I will always be forever in their debt. I can now walk around my community with my head held high. Fortunately, he was able to handle my civil case to where there were extremely minimum issues. In todays society certain or most individuals will believe the exciting lie than the boring truth. Fortunately for me the truth prevailed.
If you want a law office that will just not treat as a client but as an extended family member this law office is the one you want. I could go on and on about them but at point Im getting long winded. I extremely highly recommend them. I huge thank and gratitude to Mr. Robertson and his staff.
