Renasant Bank - Cartersville (GA)

3 /5 Brent: I like banking with Renesant but the only location open on Saturday is the Cartersville location which was closed October 6th at 10:30am and posted hours did not reflect hours for Saturdays. I had previously made deposits here on Saturdays and prior to that in Town Lake until they changed to no longer being open on Saturdays. The girls in Woodstock all know me and send thank you cards everytime I visit. Ive banked with the big wigs and even worked for one. Here I feel like a little more than just a number but they really should have more branches open on Saturdays for people like myself who have no possibility of making it to the bank by closing on Friday. 3 stars for Saturday hours and mobile check deposits taking 4 days to process. Also the app needs some work, errors often.

1 /5 Ebony Kelly: This is the worst bank branch, I have ever dealt with. John, makes decisions on accounts for his own personal reasons. My account went into overdraft, he decided to lock my debit card, stating he did so, inorder for me to call the branch. I asked for my account to be switched to another location, where i moved closer too, its been almost 5 months now, in low in behold i find out today, it has yet to be done. I prefer, not to deal with John or certain staff members at this branch, and its boiling my blood to have to speak with him again today. Trouble lurking around the corner, with this branch. Theres literally one or two ladies, Ive dealt with in the past that are genuinely sweet, people persons, and I wish they could take the spots of the ones thats considered to be branch managers. When, indeed theyre just a headache for the branch customers. Ill be reporting them once again, to corporate which I did the first time, and didnt complete the process because I felt, everyone was in agreement for me to never have to deal with this branch again. Now, I see I have to complete the process to inform Renasant Bank of Johns personal behavior, and choices that doesnt go with their policy. Two times Ive been late to work, because he has locked my debit card, and I had no ideal until Im trying to fill my vehicle up with gas. Bank elsewhere people. Or use a different branch not this one. Now, im waiting for John to call me back, inorder to unlock my debit card, lets see how long this takes. And, I suppose to had been at work at 7a.m.. Another point for me at work, because of Johns personal decisions. The worst thing about it, is I opted into overdraft, I overdraft, i pay the fee. So what are you really doing John, besides being a pain in my tail?

1 /5 Supermario Logan: Worst bank Ive ever had in my whole life. I was charged $100 in one week in overdraft because they denied a payment someone sent me. They even let my car insurance lapse. Smh never again
