1 /5 Trent East: I would rate this branch with zero stars if I could. They are unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent beyond belief. When you tell them that you do not want overdraft on your account, they simply nod and then ignore your request. When you get a new debit card from them, they do it incorrectly and then cancel it without telling you and then proceed to act like it’s your own fault. Then when you get ANOTHER new card from them, they simply do not fill out all of the information, so that it cannot be used for online transactions at all. They also do not answer their phones at all, ever. I’m unsure of how much bank employees get paid, but I am certain that it is FAR more than they deserve.
