1 /5 Grant Ballew: Ive been a regions customer for almost 20 years and when someone stole $3000 from my account, they couldnt even give me a manager to speak with. Show your customers some respect.
When most people have that kind of money stolen from them, its pretty upsetting. But you can tell that for the people working there its no big deal. The tellers have sort of an "oh hmm" response.
Edit: hey hector how about instead of giving me your generic response you do something about the debit card fraud and treat your customers like they are actual people. Im sure if your wife had this happen youd get it resolved ASAP.
