Brandy Kitchens Brian and his team are AMAZING!!!! I had an extremely difficult bankruptcy that literally took nearly two years to complete. He will take as much time as needed to help you understand the process you are going through because, if you are like me, you probably never had to go through it before. He is readily available to talk by phone or email, takes his time to actually listen, and never seems to be in a rush. It is about you, not him, and his advice is always for your good, not what is best or easiest for him. He is ethical, on your side, will fight for you, and he will do the best job possible to help you through your situation, with the best possible results. Teresa Tauriello When I first applied for disability, I applied on my own. Of course it was denied so I started an appeal. Another attorneys office told me I would have to wait for a 2nd denial before hiring an attorney. I then called McMahan Law firm in Dalton. After explaining my situation they immediately took on my case. Yessi was my representative and she did an amazing job. Yessi kept me informed at all times and was very patient with me when I would get discouraged. Yessi went above and beyond. I highly recommend McMahan Law Firm in Dalton. The entire staff is friendly and will assist you when you need help. Disability applications take a long time. Yessi and the rest of the staff were helpful in every area I needed help.
