I recently filed a claim and had rental car coverage while my car was in the shop. When I called to ask if they could help extend the rental period, they were on it immediately. I had a few additional exchanges with them throughout the repair period, and they were both very responsive and helpful in getting me what I needed. Thanks again for the great service! My husband and I recently got car insurance and life insurance policies with Preston. Our whole experience was seamless. Preston and his team were professional, thorough and you can tell they really care about their clients. Preston took the time to really listen to our needs and fully explain the policy offerings, and helped us choose a plans that met our familys needs and budget. Establishing business with a local agent was important to my husband and I. We learned this agency is newer to the community and we got the vibe that they are highly motivated to build relationships with customers for the long haul. Definitely happy we brought our business here!
