5 /5 Harris Echikson: I did not have the pleasure of hiring Preston & Malcom, P.C. but I did have opportunity to see Donald A. Wright litigate. He was on the opposing side. Donald was professional and represented his clients very well. He had proper documentation and good evidence to support his case. Even though I lost my case due being fed misinformation from my legal counsel, lack of preparation, some of my evidence getting thrown out and it being my first time in a court room . On what I was told many times by my legal counsel an "impossible to lose" case. But that just goes to show how superb of a litigator Donald A. Wright is. He was able to navigate the waters of the courtroom thoroughly and effectively in the best interests of his clients. I strongly believe Donald goes beyond and above for his clients. My only hope is if I had the misfortune of going to court ever again. That he is sitting at my table instead of my opposition.

1 /5 Don Luckett: There are many good law firms in the area, this is not one of them. Tried on a number of occasions to obtain information on a case that had been litigated in 2012 and in 2016, very uncooperative not forthcoming with needed information. As I later discovered they tried to collect assets on several separate occasions at one time even offering a 25% discount for a fast settlement on a case that had been closed and they had no rights to any assets... especially from a third party not even involved with the litigation..they are still as I send this in violation of Georgia Bankruptcy laws. I have encouraged the participants involved to bring charges against Mr Johnson and the Law Firm. This is the behavior that you hear about from a Nigerian scam artist not a Georgia Law Firm you trust with your legal matters. UPDATE.... as I send this they are still violating a Court Order. Actually dont like to give bad reviews but this is needed. Have no choice but to report this in writing to the Georgia Bar Association...
