Jason The professionalism, response, and process went smoother than any other agent I have ever used for car insurance in the last 5years!! Not only was he able to find coverage that was needed but I was able to save close to 100 dollars more than what i was previously paying 1 month ago with another agent!! Definitely will be recommending every time insurance is mentioned to me!!

Israel Howell I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure were taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I havent due to the great customer service experience! The team take the motto "Like a good neighbor" to another level and treat you like family!

Kwasi Anderson I have nothing but appreciation for Shawnda Fowler. She gave me the best customer service I have ever been given on the phone. She was instrumental in me getting my new policy. Great respect for a lady who obviously takes pride in her work.

Lisa Simoneau They are the most helpful and kind people that I have dealt with in insurance. When I go in each month to pay my bill they are like my therapist. I always feel better after Ive been there. Not to mention great service! If you want great rates and customer service, this is the place for you.

Hawkins Crystal So, TJ was awesome! It didnt take long, got me the best rate, and I left super happy! I went to a few other places first and they were very high but just a few minutes with him and I had better options. I would definitely recommend going here to be insured.
