1 /5 Utanya Banks: I was in there earlier today. Me and my sister and mom were on our way to memorial university to see my father, and we were getting coffee and cappuccino. The cappuccino machine was out so we asked if it could be refilled, but neither cashier was interested in doing it. The one we spoke to first was sweeping, never stopped even went outside and total disregarded what we had said and the other cashier said that her boss said the employees are more important so i dont think ill be spending my money that i make in customer service myself to spend in a store that doesnt take there customers into consideration. If i could take that one star off i would.
