1 /5 Viichi: I attempted to get a personal loan applied was approved for less than the original amount that I was advised. I decided to continue with the process. I was advised to come in the next day. Before ending the cal I asked the representative is there anything else I should bring or will need and was assured I don’t need anything else they have all the information. When I arrived , not only were they not welcoming, they kept requesting more and more information which frustrated me because I asked what I would need to bring and I had none of the things there were requesting. I decided to cancel with them and try with another company. Not only did the other place approved me for much more than I was approved for here, they verified all my information and cut me the check in the same day. Whole process took 30 mins with them from start to finish. Do your research and definitely read the reviews if I read before I applied here I never would’ve applied. Definitely use Regional Finance or 1st Franklin never had an issue with either of those places with approval or customer service

I applied for a loan that took them about 2 weeks to tell me no at the last minute while they told me the whole time that I was approved. The last step they told me was to verify the paystubs then told me my budget was too tight. They had my paystubs the whole time and knew my budget ratio from day one. Led me to believe the whole process that the loan was being approved. They also never returned phone calls that they said they were going to make.

1 /5 kiara: This branch represents everything I hate about these companies. Ruby was incredibly condescending and spoke to my like I didn’t know anything about loans. These people always look down on those in need of a loan it is just ridiculous. Never working with OneMain ever again.

1 /5 Julie Hunter: You get one star because you werent rude. Everything else about this company/ location is zero stars. I reached out to this company on their site because Im trying to rebuild my credit and they are listed as a good loan company via Credit Karma. I filled out the application, I was called the very next morning, was told that I was approved for $6300 right off the bat, even though that was higher than what I wanted. I lowered the actual loan amount and then they gave me the list of documents that I needed to send in. I sent everything they asked for, then they told me to bring my car title with me and that they would hold it for the life of the loan. I agreed, took time off work to go in before they closed, then was told that they needed to SEE the car, in person..... After telling me that I was definitely approved for the loan and was all set. The "last thing you need to do is bring in your title..." BS!!!! A waste of my time and now youve robbed me of my work hours, too. Thanks for absolutely nothing.... I actually researched this company before filling out the application and they have pretty good reviews... However, this location is a time waster. Dont bother.
