1 /5 Angela Haley: Do not take your business here. I have been with this company for years and yet with all their lack of knowledge I looked over time after time. Year after year I’m fed up. I made the decision to move coverage to another company. Marie has no knowledge of the cancellation policy and as a result I lost money. Marie told me everything would be fine and they still took money out of my account after the cancellation. If you sell the insurance it’s your responsibility to inform your clients of the policies and processes. I was penalized for canceling which I wasn’t told that I would be and I’m not getting a full refund and Marie told me inaccurate info on dispersement day. I thought I was leaving this company on a good note but thanks to Marie I will never entertain the idea of returning. Find you an agent that’s knowledgeable about the products they sell and not just taking your money month after month.

5 /5 Carol Perry: I love this place, they are extremely nice. Marie knows her job. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She doesn’t just get you as a customer and forgets you. She goes out of her way to make sure you understand your policy and your payments. When you contact her to make a payment she is very friendly and even calls you by name. To her you are important, not just a customer but a friend. I highly recommend Northside Insurance.

1 /5 Debra Williams: Been with this company about 5 years and desperately looking for another company. Has gotten better with new agent Marie. The other agent got there after I had been with the company about 3 years and afterward a nightmare. He assured me in October 2015 that my payment wasnt due until December of 2015. Turned out my payment was due in October as I had thought and my coverage lapsed for two months causing reinstatment charges and an increase in premium of $400. I would say deal with Marie; however she is overloaded because John puts everything on her, Im unsure if it would be a good choice at all for your insurance needs.

1 /5 Zisa: Some how my insurance went from $250 to $367 to $700 a month that more then my car payment. Miss maria told me a lie. I just got my car September 2022. Try to tell me I had my car since 2019. Told me she look into it on 8/17/23 and today is 8/25/23 have not heard from her. She a conartist
