I try to take care of business for them and my sister up there. From day 1 Marcus helped me so much with my parents car insurance needs. He has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Sends everything to my email and I send and distribute info to my family. Never met him in person but hes like a brother I never had. Slater Insurance make sure you take care of him will be a major loss to your facility if you dont. Thats my warning ⚠️. Thank you from my family to yours. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Kevin Hixson: I have been a customer with this representative for over 4 years now am finally now switching to another insurance company. I would have done this sooner, but it is a huge hassle. Not sure what the agencys function is or if Bryan Slater is an actual person. I have tried (and failed) to call this agency to have any issues resolved, questions answered, etc. and always get directed to Nationwide proper. There seems to be a large gap between the knowledge / function of nationwide and their representatives. When I do speak to someone at the agency it is NEVER Bryan and as far as I know, he is not a real person. Makes me wonder why this agency exists? I do NOT know what this agencys purpose is or if there a function that they serve. I would NOT recommend and do yourself a favor go with another agency.
