I was constantly having to stop by the office in person because my phone calls and text message were going unanswered. when I would come in the office I was treated as if I was getting on Mr. Murphys nerves. When I finally got paid out and had to meet with Mr. Murphy he walked away with the same amount as I did, a 50/50 split and I know that his law firm did not work hard for me at all. They settled as quickly as possible and told me that all of doctor bills would be taken care of but in the end I was left with the emergency bill from the hospital to pay because it wasnt a part of their medical settlement as previously stated to me. I regret this referral and every time I see a lawyers commercial from anyone else I say to myself that I wish I would have let another firm handle my case. Mr. Murphy was not at all good to me. My best interaction was the front office person, she was always kind. Please shop around before choosing the firm. You will regret it.
