1 /5 Anon Anon: Extremely Disappointed with Morgan & Morgan
I submitted my case to Morgan & Morgan, and the day of my first appointment with my assigned attorney, I was ghosted—he never reached out to me. Then, five hours later, I was notified that my case had been closed with zero communication from the firm. I called five times, and each time I received different excuses for why this happened:
I was emailed saying that I requested the case to be closed (which never occurred).
On another call, they claimed the case was closed by accident and assured me it would be reopened (it never was).
I was told it was a technical error.
Then, they claimed the case was closed due to a phone call with my attorney, but this was five hours after the alleged conversation.
I filed an official Bar complaint, submitting proof to both Morgan & Morgan and the Bar. The evidence I provided, including AT&T call logs, email correspondence, and their own logs that falsely claimed I requested the closure, clearly shows conflicting information and proves no conversation occurred.
I strongly advise against trusting Morgan & Morgan. Their lack of transparency, miscommunication, and failure to properly manage my case has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
