Linda This bank has been horrible since day one. I’ve been on the phone from the time I opened the account. I don’t advise no one to open an account with this bank. I’ve filed disputes with my bank due to unauthorized transactions and they put the money back on my card then took it back. They also put online a 400.00 deposit for new customers signing up with at least a deposit of 1000.00 or more. The worst experience I’ve ever had with banking in my life.

The customer service here is top-notch—Victoria Dunn was incredibly sweet and helpful, making the account-opening process quick and effortless. Marybell, the residential lender, is amazing as well. Hailee Davis I do not bank here but my grandparents do. When they go in this bank, they are always met with smiling faces. They know my grandparents by name. The people that work there are friendly and they are always laughing. I love the good vibes they bring and their branch manager is very sweet. If I did not live so far away I would bank here. But it is great knowing these people will go above and beyond for my elderly grandparents who are easily confused
