1 /5 terri baskfield: This is By far, my worst attorneys I’ve ever dealt with . The Law firm itself is a joke. He’s a one man show. very unknowledgeable. Mr. Milam is never available. He’s always sending Stephanie to do his work. She has no knowledge of anything .She send over emails. He never respond. I’ve been dealing with a case for a whole year And when they got the paymentt from Progressive in February it took them another five months to cash us out only to say that we should not go to litigations we should not this that any other. He is very very knowledgeable. That’s the best word I can come up with to keep from swearing…he has his account set up that you only get $2500 a day of your settlement pay and refuses to release your funds Even though he has our payments already cleared that took another two weeks. My husband could not even cash his $2500 check because mine went through for 2500 and so it’s first come first serve on the 2500 payout daily thats sooo crazy….if I could leave a zero I would leave a zero never again will I deal with a small nonchalant law firm stick with the big guys they have more Money And they’re not so money hungry As this guy and he has a small man’s syndrome

I spent endless hours on the phone advocating for myself. Not here!- Philip and Stephanie took care of it all! Their diligence and experience paid off and my settlement was more than I ever expected. Not to mention, they are caring and compassionate folks who really want to help. Highly recommend.

My calls and emails were returned promptly. I was never made to feel like an annoyance and they always asked genuine questions about my life OUTSIDE of my case. Upon receiving my settlement check I had great sit down with Mr. Milam in which we discussed my case, new insurance / medical laws etc. I was relieved to finally have closure and to this chapter of my life. I would strongly recommend the Milam Law Firm for any accidental injury claims.
