1 /5 Ouida Jackson: I contacted this firm regarding a real estate matter. Was connected to Jennifer Hartley and I explained the service that I wanted performed. Was told they would contact me back in a few days to discuss when they could get to my request, cost ,etc. . Finally after receiving no follow up, I called back to inform them that I no longer required their services. Apparently servicing my request was not that important to them. They should have stated in the beginning that they didnt have time to perform the requested service. I will say that the person who transfers the call to the atttys was very pleasant . Thats the only reason they got one star.
