3 /5 Carol Menke: My experience started out great. The personnel seemed very knowledgeable and proceeded to get started on our estate and trust case(s) that had to be resolved. However, we reached a stalling point where we were told in October that from that point everything should move quickly and we should have everything resolved quickly. No communication at all since October. I called and emailed in December with a response that someone would get back with me within a week. Now it is the end of January and I emailed a week ago asking for update, finally get a call today from someone who wants to schedule an appointment two weeks from now but cannot really give me any info on status of my case and how much longer it will be before everything is resolved with the estate & trust. Very poor communication and follow-up.
