Dan Mccarthy F & F did an outstanding job representing a family member with a medical claim. As a result of their hard work, keen sense of the applicable law, and full mastery of the facts we came away with a very good settlement. This settlement was obtained despite the fact that Morgan & Morgan did quick review and told us our claim lacked sufficient evidence of long-term damages to be a case they would accept.
