2 /5 Kyesia Green: I hate to write a bad review because I know reviews are a lifeline of a company but I cannot in good conscience recommend this lawyers office. This was my first time using them for a real estate transaction in Albany and there was a lot of forgetfulness with the staff. If she’s new I can understand trying to get the hang of things. In a world of covid if The listing agent and the selling agent had to keep reminding you that there needed to be a mobile closing for one side, and if whenever I bring up a mobile closing there’s an obvious grunt of annoyance, it’s not a good look for your company. They made it seem like I was asking too much for a mobile closing, which was a surprise because I thought mobile closings were very common and they said you HAD to sign in front of a lawyer so they would have to do a zoom meeting, which I’ve never done. Unless things have changed you just sign in front of a notary. And another mistake that could be a big deal or not, they forgot to send the commissions check and when they did send it they didn’t use the instructions from the broker on how to distribute it. So I’m having to correct the mistake. There were a few other minor mistakes but My first experience with them is just a no unfortunately.
