The attorneys are polite, explain the process to the clients, and answer questions that buyers or sellers have about the process. Lueder, Larkin and Hunter, located all around the Atlanta metro area, provides convenient locations so I can schedule the closing at an office that suits the client. I 10 out of 10 recommend.

1 /5 Jack Jackson: At first they where great the closing on the sale of our house went well, the buyer of the house wanted the renters out of the house by the next day (as in not living there anymore) but gave us a week to move to get everything out of the house. so at closing he had them hold $5000 in escrow until everything and everybody was out of the house. The renters where out by the next night but we all where there trying to get everything packed up and didnt leave until around 3:00am. well the buyer told the lawyer that the renters where NOT out of the house and still living there and the lawyer have him the $5000 Without talking to me first. It would have cost me more money to hire a lawyer and fight it Then it was worth so because of the buyer lying and Lueder, Larkin & Hunter being incompetent i lost out. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!
