Nicholas Furbish Very helpful. The last time I needed to update my policy my normal agent was busy so Mr. Lamb himself saw me and found exactly the policy i wanted and needed within 15 minutes. He also found the best competitors and compared the policies and prices with me. Overall they are fast, polite and didnt try to up sell me on anything that I did not want.

She found an equivalent policy with another competitor that was One-Hundred dollars less than what we were paying with a company wed been with for over a decade. The "Cherry on Top" to a wonder day. I have had multiple follow-up questions and concerns that Matt P. has answered right away. The customer service so far has been fantastic. We are grateful to have found a place that is good for the wallet and relationship building as well.

kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)
