1 /5 James Calhoun: Mr Haralsons behavior as an attorney is deeply troubling he has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the truth, repeatedly lying, and misrepresenting facts. Furthermore, he has made false accusations against others without any basis or evidence. He is refusing to submit a court order made by a judge two weeks ago for signature effectively withholding a legal agreement that would have protected the other parent’s rights. This deliberate action seems intended to unfairly disadvantage the other parent who is the father of the child and has not been able to spend quality time with his child due to this attorney’s egregious actions. This attorney’s actions have fallen extremely short of the professional standards one should expect from a legal representative. If you are a father wanting nothing more than to spend time with your child this is not who I would recommend.
