Having never experienced something like this before, I felt completely lost and defeated—especially after losing my car and missing work due to the accident. While doing my research for legal help, I came across John B. Jackson & Associates. From the very beginning, I felt supported. I first spoke with the intake specialist, who then connected me with Mr. Jackson himself. He was kind, understanding, and incredibly reassuring. I immediately felt at ease speaking with him. Shortly after, Amanda was assigned to my case—and let me tell you, she was OUTSTANDING. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Her communication was excellent—she kept me updated on everything in a timely manner and always made sure I felt informed and confident throughout the process. Her professionalism and care truly stood out. To my surprise, the entire process moved much faster than I expected, thanks to Amanda’s efficiency and dedication. We have never had to get an attorney so I was so lost as to what to do but they made the process so easy and made us feel so comfortable through the whole time!
