1 /5 Megan Doktor: I retained Chris Nesmith a few years ago for a modification. I didn’t leave a review then, as I was very upset and overwhelmed. I did not feel prepared for court—we got into a disagreement the morning of court in the court meeting room. I told him that I did not feel prepared— he did not like that nor the fact that I was questioning him and his preparedness. He immediately became defensive, unregulated with his emotions, hot headed and yelling at me with an attitude. I also witnessed on many previous meetings with Chris, him demeaning and talking down to his paralegal wife. Specifically, when he asked for a child support spreadsheet and she printed it wrong. He got onto her and talked to her as if she was dumb. It was very uncomfortable to witness and that should have been a red flag to me. I am writing this review now, because I recently saw that Chris is running for superior court judge and I could not believe it. How can someone who cannot even regulate their own emotions, is demeaning (especially to women), be able to make logical and fair decisions in the justice system.

Through the whole case he was by my side with my wishes and best interest in mind. He fully explained all of my option. When we went to court he was able to strike a deal for me faster than D Trump can send a tweet. I could not have been happier with his results and resolve. I highly recommend Chris for all of your legal needs. Should I ever need a Attorney again he will be my only phone call. 100% satisfied
