5 /5 Carl Davis: He and his paralegal are excellent. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth. Youll get an old way feel about him. I was led into an unfortunate situation, and Mr. Eric Gay is the only attorney in GA who would even consider hearing my issue, and he took my case after reviewing all of the evidence. He has a very strong personality and doesnt present himself in a way that makes you feel inferior and uneducated, as do a lot of attorneys. I will do my best to keep him and his office on retainer for any future matters.

1 /5 Jay Jay: I went to his office with my brother because my mom was really sick and I thought I needed a POA done at the time. We explained to him that my mom was extremely sick and that we needed the POA to get documents for my mom. We told him she couldnt come to his office. He said he understood and told me that I pay him $275.00 upfront and that if he never went the hospital I would get $150 of my money back. I also told him not to go to the hospital until I called him and told him my mom was able to respond. Well all of that changed. Not only did he go to the hospital w/o my knowledge....didnt tell me until I called and he said he went there for a court case and "stopped" by. Now he has taken all of my money and everything we talked about went out the window. I even tried to tell him that was what he said and tried to get my brother on the line. He told me what my brother had to say was irrelevant to him and that he had done the work. I understand he typed the document and was willing to take less than what he charged back for that service. But never did I call and ask him to go to the hospital and thats not what we agreed upon. Its sad how people take advantage of grieving families trying to get help for their dying parents. But thats exactly what Eric did. He lied, took our money and was nasty when we tried to get him to recall the conversation we had. He told me he would give me $50 and the document after he removed his name from it. Well I had already paid for the document since he took all of my money and the $50 was already mine seeing as though we agreed I would get $150 of my money back. I ended the call by telling him that he could keep the $50 and the document and would not be calling him back. Please do not use his services. If he tells you something get it in writing. That was my mistake. Horrible service. Never use him again.

1 /5 Teresa Bailey: After losing my father who had will made with this office, I was charged for reading of will. $100 Probate charge was 1500 and I was told that if it cost less, I’d be reimbursed the overage. Due to being unable to see my brother who lives across country, papers had to be fed exed to my brother My brother had to pay all costs of mail and notarized material. We worked in timely manner. They did not. Secretary wrote PORBATE in heading of emails and actual paperwork filed had wrong middle initial of my father. When I never heard back from office within a week I had to go to probate court to file and sign papers. I asked the woman how much this cost was. She told me $200. So I expected $1300 returned. Never heard from them again.

5 /5 Pat Bryant: Eric has handle two case for me and has never steered me wrong if let me down. Won both my cases, one that helped me keep shared 50/50 custody of my son.
