Jamey (the sweetest woman you could possibly ask to work with) is who I had most of my correspondence with. She made sure to check in on me, to keep me up to date with any progress on the case, and was always asking questions to make sure they were doing everything they could to support me. Jamey began to feel more like family than someone simply doing their job. I was extremely intimidated by this process and really struggling due to the pain.
