They were both responsive, knowledgeable, and did a great job being clear & communicative through the whole process. Im glad that a stressful situation wasnt made worse. In fact, it was actually able to be resolved faster than expected, which I attribute in part to the teams experience and clear communication. They helped me be submit correct & complete documentation, leading to minimal back and forth with the claims department, ultimately resulting in a quick resolution.
