1 /5 Brittany Hellmeister: Since I cannot reply directly - I’ll leave another review. “You should have known you were being abused” is a DIRECT quote of what was said to me. As a matter of fact, it was so disturbing to me that I immediately emailed my new therapist with that direct quote, I told my husband in tears, and then cried doe hours at being blamed for abuse. And before I hung up the phone on you I said “I am not going to sit here and listen to you tell me I should have known I was being abused” - so you can save your lies for someone else.

1 /5 Brittany Hellmeister: I was in a very vulnerable place trying to describe an abusive relationship I was in with my ex-therapist (to a firm who claim they handle psych abuse) and Kelsey said "you should have known you were being abused" - and told me that statue was up. I cannot believe she would tell me that I should have known I was being abused by a person in a position of power over me. Her comment was completely disgusting and victim-blaming.

She let me know upfront what to expect throughout the process and it was spot on. Did I mention she was easy to communicate with even when she was out on Maternity leave? I never felt like I had to worry about my case. I always felt like I was in good hands. Even her paralegal, Tiffany, was a pleasure to work with. I ended up having surgery at the end of my case (unrelated to my case), Kelsey and Tiffany came to my home for my own comfort so we could go over all of the settlement paperwork and handed me my check right then and there.
