He always respond promptly and respectfully. He provides excellent service. We highly recommend him for everyones insurance need.

3 /5 Paula Williams: Disappointed with the outcome of my claim. Being told my deductible was $2316.00 left nothing to do repairs I needed done. Had to come out of pocket to do repairs. Was given an amount for certain items, was never asked for my receipts during time power was out, I traveled to be able to be safe, be able to eat, gas....and never turned in those receipts. Was not explained how this worked, just that, this was my deductible amount. Items destroyed in Hurricane Helene were covered but not my roof and siding. Very disappointing and discouraged

1 /5 Tai Nguyen: Had the terrible misfortune of having to interact with this agency. Theyre rude, unprofessional and would rather cut you off from speaking than assist you. Save your time and call corporate. Sadly, youd get better service from a big call center than this little agency.

5 /5 Timothy McVey: Abu Khan is very responsive when we have questions, and hes easy to work with. Most recently, he was able to help us reduce our insurance costs by bundling our homeowners coverage with our two car insurance policies. I would recommend Abu to any of my friends and neighbors.
