1 /5 Ed Pettengill: If youre not a local and youre from out of town I strongly suggest you do not use this law firm. Kenya Pattons office did a closing for me on a property in Blairsville and literally robbed me of $15,000.00. Cut a check that was being held in a account of hers directly back to the purchaser of the property who come to find out was a friend of hers and her secretaries who cut the check which was being held for me directly back to the buyer. I have reached out several times and she refuses to even talk to me even though it was me who paid and hired her per the buyers wishes. I have all documentation proof of funds transferred and lack thereof. I strongly suggest anyone who is not a local and that is from out of town you do not use this law firm!!!!
