I never feel ignored or brushed off like I have at some other companies who just dont care about their customers. I cant say enough for AllState and this agency. I have been able to refer one person so far and am always looking for others to get to switch. You wont regret it and I can almost bet you that you will save money!!

Her agency has helped us not only with home and auto insurance but business coverage as well. She gladly worked with us when we moved further south out of the Atlanta metro area for our homeowners insurance and continues to serve our rental home in Atlanta. Kelly and her staff are professional and personable. They offer relevant products but do not "badger" you into purchasing. I highly recommend.

Since then, I have enjoyed personalized, hands on, and proactive service from Kelly. If there are any discounts to be found, she lets me know. If there is ever an increase, she can tell me why. In the rare occasion we need to file a claim, she and her team walk us through it. I will never go back to a big box online insurance company again.
