John D Staggs Law Office - Waycross (GA)

M M Sold a home and the buyer went through this office. Ive had to fight and go back and forth with these people over so many things and payment. They said they dont do wire transfers which is a lie because they do. I filled out the paperwork for it and everything was good and approved. When it came to getting the 2nd transfer, they said it had to be check only and they dont do wire transfers and theres be a fee to do so. Then I was told oh well, youre getting a check period and wasnt given the option. Im really beyond annoyed with these people. The only people who were nice was the closing attorney and the receptionist. Everyone else was unpleasant to deal with to say the least. FYI And to the response, this has been happening WEEKS before the hurricane.

Keith Bone Top notch Attorney. Very professional and has class. But most of all what I noticed about him was experience in the law field. He is experienced 100% and knows what hes talking about and he tells you like it is , he does not sugar coat nothing and thats what I like in an attorney. I want to know what Im up against. So if you want that in an attorney, then Ben Windham is your best bet.

She kept me informed and updated about my case and she is also very pleasant to speak with and takes her time to make sure you understand everything! Mr. Lizana helped me with a traffic citation that I received in Clayton County. Attorney Lizana attended court on my behalf where he was able to negotiate with the judge to throw out one citation and lowered the other violation. This office provides a great service and I would recommend them to anyone! I hope I never have to but if I should need him again, Attorney Lizana’s office will be my first call !
