My goal was to ensure I was treated fairly. When looking for someone to provide guidance on my case I found and discussed my situation with John. He provided me with a solid, detailed outline of what to expect when encountering reluctant agents. Roughly a month later I hired John and found from the beginning John had provided me with sound advice. The case seemed to take longer than I would have expected but John handled the case with care and his follow ups and status reports showed he remained engaged with the other drivers insurance.
