1 /5 Sophia: I have been waiting since June 2023 for any kind of update from Jillian Todd, and she has completely disregarded me as a client. She does not return calls for months, and the only way I can get any information is through her receptionist—who can only do so much. She doesn’t follow up with insurance adjusters, and I have yet to see any progress on my case. At this point, I can’t even say if this is about money because I’ve never seen a check. The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. The only reason her name is even recommended might be because of her father, but that does nothing for her actual clients. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t—you’ll get farther fighting your claim yourself. Jillian, if you see this, call me back. Couldn’t be more disappointed in the situation, I sustained an injury and didn’t get the help that I deserved because of her.

1 /5 Hoda D: Complete thief. This woman knew my mother was suffering from mental issues and took advantage of her. Continued to take her money and not move forward with her fake court case. She convinced my mother to believe she would eventually get justice if she kept playing along. Now Jillian Todd says she can’t speak on the confidential information, her influence, or the payments she demanded as soon as the rest of the family has gotten involved.

The staff Joyce in particular have been informative and punctual to meet all deadlines. I highly recommend this law firm. I was in tears with joy over my estate of my late father being handled.
