5 /5 Megan Buth: Myah helped my brother (and mom and I) design a GORGEOUS ring that was PERFECT for my sister-in-law. we had such a wonderful time with her and she was so patient and helpful, making sure every detail was just right! I couple months later, I got my engagement/wedding ring from a different jeweler, but came in to make sure Jared’s could solder them and Myah listened to my requests and assured me that it could be done well! I just picked up my rings from her today and she saw to it that they were treated with care and done exactly how I requested. I will definitely be back, but only if Myah can be our girl!

5 /5 Ashley Thomas: I am not a customer of Jared’s, I was a customer of Kay’s until they broke my jewelry and treated me terrible. During my whole awful experience with Kay’s I found out that my broken jewelry was being sent to Jared’s and so I called and asked for a manager I was transferred to Gabriela and from the moment I started speaking on the phone and explaining what happened Gabriela was so so AMAZING and UNDERSTANDING, Gabriela went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my jewelry back quickly. My issues and problems had absolutely NOTHING to do with Jared’s and for that reason Gabriela has ever right to say sorry ma’am I am not able to assist you but she didn’t do that. I have NEVER encountered a more caring and respectful and genuinely nice manager Because of how kind and respectful and understanding and sweet Gabriela was I have every intention of now being a Jared’s customer. Because I will NEVER step foot inside of a Kay’s location again Gabriela is a wonderful manager and I could definitely tell she has a passion for helping people and cares about her customers! Thank you again for everything you did to help me Gabriela, I will NEVER forget all the kindness you gave me
