5 /5 Beverly Casper: They are very prompt and helpful. I have been using them for the past twelve years now. Brenda was so nice. They are kind of pricey but they stand behind their work . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

1 /5 John Bishop: I did not have a good experience. With how high the tax prep fees are you would think they could replaces the floors that are falling apart. I called in advance asking about pricing and was told for 1 married couple it would be $179, adding 1 dependent would require a certain form that would make it around $300. Showed up for my appointment and the young man was nice and pleasant. Once we sat down I asked about pricing again after seeing a pricing chart on his desk (with no money amounts) the young man told me that to file my very simple tax return it would be over $500! Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for my paperwork back and left. This place is way overpriced.

Brenda was super helpful with assisting me with questions regarding my future tax changes as well as current issues I was having. I highly recommend this location!

5 /5 Cherryl Jackson: I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for about 4 years which says a lot. I love the friendly personalities. They make you feel very comfortable while working your taxes. They offer refreshments while waiting. As long as I have good customer service treatment, I’ll continue to go back.

1 /5 tammy sims: They did 3 years of taxes very simple taxes and was in such a hurry they forgot information that was to be submitted, along with making false statements about filing to the IRS . Charging costly amounts of money for services that i did not and have not received. Customer service was more of playtime or quitting time to the employee beings that is all they were worried about. I will never recommend this office in winder to anyone period.
