She quoted me a way lower price than my current insurance and also got me a better price for my homeowners insurance. So it’s a win-win situation. So if there were more stars to give her, I would give her the maximum but Five stars will have to do. Thank you so much, Grace. I appreciate everything that you did. And Michael, I think you need to give Grace a raise.

Jean Tripi On 9/26/24 I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners insurance with Progressive when my paper check did not reach them in time. I called the customer service number in the email notification and was told there was no Grace Period and when my check was received it would be returned to Sender. This was 1 day before Helene was expected to arrive. I called the Parish Lowrie Agency and spoke with Brendon who was able to quote coverage and immediately provide a replacement homeowners policy for my Big Canoe home by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only was my policy less expensive State Farm does not play around with their pricing to make you think youre getting a better price by paying for your policy in full. On that same day I transferred both of my autos, which were also with Progressive, to State Farm and now Im in the process of insuring my rental properties in Big Canoe with the Parish Lowrie Agency because of the wonderful experience I had with Brendon.

DARNELL GASKINS In the past 4 or so months I have purchased 3 policies with Krea. I must say working with her has been an absolute dream. I have commercial policies so things are constantly changing. Krea has guided me through every turn with hesitation. I appreciate her availability whenever I need something done. Its taken care of as quickly as possible. I would definitely encourage anyone needing insurance to work with her.
