The primary factors when dealing with a financial advisor to me are: do you feel secure in your investments, can you easily access your adviser, are questions answered expeditiously, logically and clearly,are your investments secure, and finally are you achieving a reasonable rate of return? I would grade Jim and the entire Edward Jones establishment an A+.

He didnt push for a sale at all which I really appreciate. It is evident that he just wants everyone to be aware of the options out there so you can make educated decisions.
