Jimmy Hurt is an easy going lawyer who truly enjoys helping people. He has an excellent ability to navigate the complex legal system. I would like to emphasize that my case was certainly complex, but it was fulfilling to see a fair outcome, and I was happy that my needs were addressed. Throughout the case, I was kept informed of each barrier and any progress by Ms. Dillard. They also have an app that provides timely updates. Mr. Hurt and Ms. Dillard, are very knowledgeable and passionate about fighting for their clients...Seriously! The level of trust that has been established and the sense of safety I felt while they handled my case has never made me feel slighted or indifferent about the outcome. They have truly become like family to me because they demonstrated that they genuinely cared about my situation. 1 /5 Tim Berrien: I called this law firm to see about being represented in a case, and I didnt even get past the lady who answered the phone. She was very short and extremely rude. I can tell you this much: if getting business consisted of advertising to the local public to call my office so we can talk and possibly work together, I would, without a doubt, ensure that my first point of contact would be the most pleasant conversation they have had all day. There is no telling how much business this firm has lost or will lose because they have a rude, disrespectful, without a doubt single woman as their first line of contact.

They were so kind to take the time to break down things for me in terms I could understand and were very responsive and professional. Jenny made sure to walk me through every step and kept me updated.
